In order to establish the

commitments to our customers. We also ask our customers to make a few
commitments to us.
PCSI Commitments:

performed by certified professional technicians.
- We will communicate with you
frequently to ensure your IT requirements are fulfilled.
- We will always perform an
Exit Consultation with you to ensure you completely understand the
service we have provided.
- We will respond to your
communications within one business day.
- We will proactively present
you with IT solutions to your MIS needs by providing the tools and
support you need.
- We will respect the
confidentiality of our relationship and we will abide by the rules of
your facility when on site.
- Our team members will be
positive and cheerful when communicating with you.
Customer
Commitments:
- You will respond to our
communications in a timely manner.
- You will pay all invoices
within your credit terms and you will report any invoice inquiries to us
immediately.
- You will contact us with any
changes in your business that will affect our relationship.
